I've actually bought the resale rights for this script myself as I wanted to offer it to all our subscribers who would not need the functionality of viralPDF as low-cost alternative. Although it does work, it's very limited (e.g. you *must* use HTML files initially, no Word files or anything else) and it requires *very* good knowledge of HTML. It's *very* picky about HTML. But it's relativly cheap, true. Bottom line, I decided to not even offer it to my list for various reasons.

Since viralPDF is a Windows application, it will obviously not work on Apple systems at least not unless you have virtualPC or something similar installed. I'm a big Mac fan myself so I may port the software to this platform one day.

That's an argument I do hear frequently, but IMHO it's not *that* big of a problem (others may disagree). See, the power of viral PDFs comes from the ability to actually open and read the file on every platform, not from the ability (or lack of) to *brand* the file on every platform. The software is simply a tool to get a lot of people to distribute the file for you. The majority of readers (=potential customers) does not come from the people who download the PDF to brand it but from the thousands of people who can download it from your affiliate's websites. Only very few (relativly) people actually brand it, wheras many more *read* the branded PDF your affiliates give away. And *that's* what makes PDF eBooks (branded or not) so powerful.
