Affiliate link cloaking

Hi Everyone,

What's the best approach or software to use for hiding affiliate links, to make it harder for others to steal them.

Up until now I've used ClickBank Guard, which also works for most other affiliate programs, but my concern is that the re-direct sometimes seems to be horribly slow.

Thoughts on that and other alternatives please?
