Cloaked Clickbank Affiliate Links - They're not being 'cloaked' any more.

I have used a reliable affiliate link cloaker for 2 years which keeps
my url in the address bar. Now this doesn't happen. I've just tried 2
other popular cloakers and the result is the same i.e. the Clickbank hop
link, with my ID, appears in the address bar.

However, these cloakers are still working 100% with affiliate programs other than Clickbank.

It appears we, as affiliates, are back to square one with affiliate commission
theft. Does anyone have a system to prevent this in light of changes Clickbank
have made recently?
