I have to admit I have been "got". That's the first myth-type mailing that has caught me out in years. I'm the guy who complains about all the times I have to remind my clients not to pass on virus hoax warnings!!!
Interesting study in the psychology of what makes us tumble, though.
The message came to me from a client in the Caribbean. If it had come from just about anyone else I would probably have been at least a little sceptical and checked first. But the sender visits the USA regularly and is in the food packaging and wholesale business. It would be just like him to ask for a commercial recipe with an eye on the marketing potential.
Oh well, nothing like a sober reminder every once in a while to keep us on our toes.
