Hello everyone.
My most sincere apologies for not posting sooner. The holidays have had me completely slammed. But the in-laws just left for home and the house is all mine again ;-)
Well, it seems that most of the previous posts are about customer care, so I will address this first.
Stephan and I made the mistake of launching the new course and system on the 19th of December which is just before Christmas rush and vacation for most. Stephan's daughter was visiting and this took much of his time since he doesn't see her much.
Almost everyone that calls about the course and system requests to talk to Stephan personally because he is the original creator of the system and course. But Stephan didn't realize that he would be receiving so many calls in a day. Stephan DOES answer the phone to all the calls that he can. Even though he has it stated to call during normal business hours of 9-5, he is still answering calls at 6am till 2am.
If you received only a ringing line then it's because you called before or after business hours, or Stephan was on the other line talking with another customer. Please understand that most of the people that call just pick Stephan's brain with an onslaught of marketing questions. I know there have been many times where I would be speaking with Stephan on the phone and a customer called on the other line... so I would stay on hold for a good 20 to 30 minutes. Well, 20 minutes per customer will most certainly take some time away from others calls. It's good for the customer who got through but unrewarding for the customer left on hold.
So Stephan and I have agreed that I will also start answering calls and emails. I know many would prefer to speak with Stephan personally. But this is almost impossible with so many calling with questions throughout the day and night.
Stephan is also hiring more help for customer care. His current help (Sylvie) is receiving 250-300 emails a day and she is having problems keeping up with it all.
We didn't realise we would have such a huge response to the initial launch.
To sum it up, we are currently increasing the customer care staff. We want to be sure that every question is answered in a timely fasion. :-)
The next comment I have read was concerning the fact that after you pay for the course you have the OPTION to pay for the Lead Building system.
Well, there is a FREE version and a paid version.
The free version won't build your list but you can still take advantage of all the other features offered in the System's members area.
I was paid over $835 in commission in one day utilising the FREE version. To top it off I didn't pay a dime in advertising. I simply put Stephan's advice within the course into ACTION. Now I'm STILL getting 2nd tier commissions everyday. At LEAST 1 sale from my 2nd tier downline a day.
ANYONE could do the same.
This would pay for the paid version for months to come as well as pay for the price of the course.
Yes, there are also marketing tools RECOMMENDED throughout the course but they are NOT necessary. They are there to let you know which tools are trusted and high quality. They are tools that we use and work for us. We're only trying to help people sort out the tools and resources that work and don't work.
You can make huge commissions WITHOUT paying for a thing.
As far as problems with refund requests.
This is also because most refund requests are through email. And as I have stated before, Sylvie is up to her shoulders in emails. Most are only questions about setting up the system.
EVERY REQUEST FOR A REFUND WILL BE ANSWERED.
Yes.. I do agree we should have had more customer care staff on board BEFORE launch but it's hard to ask people to start working during holiday vacation. So, I guess we should have waited until after January 1st to launch.
If the course was poor quality, do you really think Peter Twist, Neil Shearing, Phil Whiley, Jodi Hans, Mike Merz and MANY other trusted names would take part in the course creation and promotion?
