So, Justin comes here. That's good, because neither he nor Mr. Ducharme answer their emails nor their refund requests. Ever hear of automation? As in, maybe an autoresponder message to simply say, "Hi, we're away for the holidays, we'll answer your requests on such-and-such a date."

Well, obviously you *have* heard of automation, because I get your "join our affiliate program" come-ons on a daily basis. Without an "unsubscribe" link to stop receiving that crap. No, I DON'T want to join your affiliate program -- I'm not into foisting over-hyped, poorly-written, regurgitated crap on people at $197 (or $97, if you get the alternate come-on.) Oh yeah, and you want your "affiliates" to pay you $29.95 per month for the privilege? Unbelievable.

Mr. Ducharme's "secrets" have been written about by far-better marketers before him, and at much better prices (Paul Myers and Wes Blaylock immediately come to mind -- and you can get both their books together for more than $100 *less* than Ducharme's.)

So let's see: poorly written ebook, incessant spamming from affiliates, ignored email requests for support and/or refunds -- sounds like a GREAT DEAL to me (NOT).

Justin, I want my $197 back -- and I want it now! No excuses, no weaseling.
