Question about 2nd version

I bought the first version book earlier this year and to be honest I also thought others have written on it in more depth, with less hype and without having lots of affiliate links that were self-serving.

In any case, since it's too late to request a refund (unfortunately for me), I do think I'd be entitled to the new version. How do I get this? I sent an email but got no response.

I also suggest that the emails get answered quickly since people will just call their companies for chargebacks since there is a 30 day guarantee only. People will not want to lose their refunds if there is email stalling and chargeback fees can be quite high. I don't think anyone will fall for the delay as a way to not get their money refunded.
