This is my topic.
I am planning to create a major
digital product about customer
service.I once skipped buying grocery
in a supermarket that was just 4
minutes around my place and walked
10 more minutes to the next one
FOR 3 YEARS!And currently I dropped everything
with Mike Chen, well at least they
paid back all their money for the
refund promptly, but that was only
the last thing that really worked.I still cannot understand how Mike
for instance can give away one of
his products for FREE on his system
while he still SELLS the RESELL RIGHTS
for the same product.Anyway he never reacted.
Just one case. I reported Aesop two
years ago to the BBB. Even I am in
contact with Mark Joyner now and
have his private email address, I was
very pissed about their non existent
customer service.on the other hand for example
the staff of Marlon Sanders is
superb. OUTSTANDING.and I try to be available for my
customers too, that is why I have
live help buttons on all my websites...I think it is just simple:
if someone treats you back, that
person doesnt deserve your business
