Get your refund at clickbank

If you want a refund, contact Clickbank and let them know what the date of your purchase was and what you bought. They may need information such as the last four digits and the exp. date and possibly the amount of the charge. Don't forget to let them know what the product was. One other recommendation would be to file with the BBB (they have one in Canada too). Venting to Justin may feel better but unfortunately he is not the one to make any real impact. There are a lot of items on the market that claim to do a lot of things that seem wonderful and unfortunately; as consumers, we get burned. (trust my medicine cabinet full of "firming lotions" that are fermenting.... maybe they'll work after they sit there for 5 more years :) Anyhow, venting may feel good at the time but someone who has claimed they can't help certain situations is not going to work. Take a step above, (I know I have asked to speak to a manager in the past) file a complaint with BBB and eventually, if there are enough complaints, something is going to be done. Until then, Justing is helping those who want help and believe in the program and making money himself. I too wish that I made a lot of money with the program but I think I made the easiest $140 ever with the free affiliate program. Just not millions.
