Unfortunately, many if not most Autoresponder services have their IP{ blocked by many peoples isp'S. This happens over time where one IP addrss which is typically the case handles many peoples a/r accounts. Most of the time your email that you send via these services won't get through the filters and blockers,
I'd recommend your own web host, install the ARP3 script and for $24.95 a month be independent, run your own web server and control your own list. It's really not as difficult as it appears, I promise !
