Although ARP is arguably the best on server solution ... and the one time fee makes it sound very attractive ... I've had my main mail server blacklisted (regardless of the fact that everything I've ever done has been 100% optin), and it's a real pain getting off these lists. :P
aWeber is, as Michael said, the best choice ... according to my research.
