Delivery percentages

Can anyone comment on Get Response? I use this and while their customer support service has been very helpful (the autoresponder has not been without its problems or complications), I do have a growing concern about the delivery success rates. (By that, I mean reaching the recipients inbox).

How can I check on that to gauge the delivery percentage and any patterns to non delivery? They used to boast a much better and virtually total delivery rate than their rivals but now acknowledge problems with AOL, MSN and hotmail.

The prospect of changing autoresponders feels similar to changing bank accounts. Awesome, time consuming, fear of it going wrong and the devil you know etc factor. But if it's a difference of say, 20% and 90% delivery (like a bank offerring 2% or 9% interest) then that's a powerful motivational factor to make the change.
