I'd just like to back up everything that Michael has said and also put in my vote for Aweber, who I have already been using for three years or more.
They really are the best value for money, since they are the one most likely to actually deliver your mail. I do not know anyone else who has the *clout* to be dealing direct with AOL's techs, which they do.
I wrote a review about them last year that goes into the problem of filtering and non delivery and, how Aweber is the one to combat this, plus some other, not so obvious advantages, which you can access here:
http://www.pamela-heywood.com/reviews/aweber.htmlThey have added a heap of features since then. The latest, which gives you the capability of automation between multiple lists (user joins one list and can be added or subtracted from another list at the same time: i.e. converted from suspect to prospect, or prospect to customer, etc.), brings their offering into line with other services costing $50 a month and more.
