Hi,
I would like to warn anyone considering using infogeneratorpro.com as an autoresponder service to think again.
I was with them for three years, the first two of which were relatively free of problems. However, they changed hands and over the past year they have become the worst autoresponder service on the Internet, in my opinion.
For example, in May last year I found problems logging into their service. Basically, I had to log in twice every time. I sent them an email asking for help - ignored.
I then sent them a total of eleven emails asking for the problem to be sorted out. I received one totally unhelpfull answer.
I emailed one of their top dogs and he promised to sort it out. Result - zilch, nothing and my follow-ups totally ignored.
Having paid for their annual service ($199) I had to drop them after only three months into the paid-for year as other problems developed with their service which they totally ignored.
I asked for a refund - again totally ignored.
Their name again is infogeneratorpro.com - keep away from them if you want to save your sanity.
And would you believe it? They still send me promotional emails which I have opted-out of many times.
Personally, I moved over to http://www.parabots.com who although low key, have been absolutely wonderful in their support.
I hope the above will help at least one person to avoid the same mistake I made with inforgneratorpro.com.
