Well, Mr. McBride, I can see you are deeply disturbed.
I have no control over refunds. I am not the "Creator" of the course or system. I "HELPED" with the creation and completion. See the difference?
All I am trying to do is HELP others earn commissions too. I get no extra cut from Stephan, only the commissions I earn my self, in the same manner as anyone else could do.
Now as far as the "Not answering emails" comment. I'll let this email from a very satisfied customer and affiliate speak for itself:
---
Dear Justin,
I wanted to thank you for replying to my e-mail for help. I am now learning how to better navigate the website.
Justin, I would like to ask you for a favor. I know you must be terribly busy, and that you don't know me from Adam, but I wondered if I could
speak to you on the phone about this business.I have faith in this and I really need to make a living at it. I want to do this thing as best as I can.
I got your e-mail about your past week's earnings. Wow! You have been an real inspiration, and I appreciate the fact that you wrote me back. I enjoy the "personal" feeling and willingness to be open to contact that you and Stephan exhibit, I like that kind of working atmosphere.
My number is 330-xxx-xxxx. If you have a work number that you give out, I would be more than happy to ring you, so you don't have to pay for the call. If this is possible, I would appreciate it. If it isn't your policy, I will completely understand.
I do appreciate whatever help you are able to offer. Thanks!
Sincerely,
~Rod Zorger
Akron, OH---
I received this email BEFORE I ever agreed to be part of Stephan's customer service. I have many other happy replies as well but I see no point in posting them all here.
If I didn't answer your emails then it may be because it was lost within the hundreds of other emails I recieve a day. My apologies if this happend to anyone. I am trying to answer all the emails I receive.
And about Your comment:
"No, I DON'T want to join your affiliate program -- I'm not into foisting over-hyped, poorly-written, regurgitated crap on people at $197 (or $97, if you get the alternate come-on.) Oh yeah, and you want your "affiliates" to pay you $29.95 per month for the privilege? Unbelievable."
Well, Mr. McBride, yes that is "Unbelievable" because that is an uneducated comment on your part.
Never would anyone have to pay to become an affiliate.
As I have stated before, as well as it is stated in the course, there are 2 OPTIONS. One is the "Paid" version of the system and the other is the "FREE" version of the system.
They would only have to pay for the "PAID MEMBERS AREA" to use the part of the System that will help build their list.
Anyone can become an affiliate for FREE and earn commission AS WELL AS USE ALL of the tools included in the System's members area. You only pay if you want to build your list. 99% of the System is FREE, Mr. McBride.
Every program that has been released on the net has a "Paid Members Area" somewhere along the line.
So to repeat this again for you Mr. McBride, just so you don't lead others astray with your false comments, you DO NOT have to pay to use the tools in the members area or to become an affiliate to earn commissions. You ONLY pay IF you want to BUILD YOUR LIST.
HUGE DIFFERENCE, my friend.
Just because you didn't enjoy or understand the concept behind the course and system doesn't mean everyone else feels the same way.
You can send all refund requests to stephan@moneyhome.com
And as I have said, yes.. customer service is backed up right now because we weren't ready for such a slam in sales. Stephan is hiring many more customer service reps this week. So, as far as I know, every legitimate refund request will receive their refund.
And also to your comment:
"If anyone thinks I'm the only one who feels this way, check out some of the marketing forums online, like Anthony Blake, Warriors, Friends In Business, etc."
I think Saul Burton said it best in his previous post:
"Always keep in mind that bad news and negative experience travel around 10 times faster and wider than what good news do.
Cheers,
Saul"So OF COURSE you will see mostly negative posts in forums because the people who are getting results by following the system and course are too busy putting it into action instead of spending time in forums venting.
Well.. I would love to stay and continue this posting but I have many more happy affiliates whom have emailed me today requesting help with setting up their part of the system.
I want to make sure everyone earns commissions as quickly as possible without spending money, just as I am.
To your success and happiness,
Justin Blake
