Education is a very important part of the process.
Having customers that turn around and do something
wrong that requires us to cancel their account
defeats the purpose of earning new customers to begin
with.

Your email service provider should be handling issues like
that due to delivery problems on their end. If we have an
ISP that blocks us we always go thru and reactive those leads
that were affected by those blocks once the issue is resolved.

If you are purchasing leads that are opting in directly to your
offer you should only be paying for ones that verify.

That's an impossible question as everyone's business costs and
profits are different.

There are different methods for "paying for leads". I believe
you reference outright buying of specific opt-in subscribers.
Pay per click advertisements that drive traffic to opt-in
landing pages are another method of paying for leads without
all of the negative byproducts of buying leads.
