It was a whole mess, you can get an updated version of my chapters directly from me. I am just redoing it for someone I work with.
I originally NEVER agreed to ANY RESALE rights, and the biggest bang
was that he removed all my affiliate links and referring links to
"neutralize" links to make them more "credible", which I also did not agree to.When I sit there for several days and give someone FREE information
I do expect that I get the proper credit for it and again I was very
astonished by his character change towards the end when all those problems
showed up.Copyrights are difficult, since people can take original work and put things
together, compile and edit it and after a while the copy right is no longer
an issue since it is no longer the original work of the original author, but
rather an adaption and current and even DIFFERENT (!) international
copyright views differ on that.I did those mistakes:
A) I did not sign a legal contract with Joe Kumar
B) I did not have the time to check the MODIFIED version of my
chapters because I was way too busy with other projects
C) I did not promote his book at all, since I found it a totally silly
concept to this day when I get approached by others... that I should try
to sell MY subscribers a product because I am in the book, information that
I already sold my subscribers or members on my list ... and yes other authors
that are in the product I usually work with (at least some selected once
where there is a connection)D) I stay more and more clear on all thos GURU hype - yes, I have a little
name and I accomplished a lot over the years, and I have to admit that I
made lots of mistakes bathing in past successes... but hey...in the meanwhile I attract those sales and sign ups with several
strategies as outlined in my chapters.1. law of attraction
