If you allow printing there are quite a few "electronic loopholes" that make most protection "systems" irrelevant. Even Adobe doesn't want to address this issue.
If you do allow printing of your file and it's fairly important information (as far as you are concerned), make sure you add a visible watermark to every page of all printouts and find a system that will limit the number of printouts, at the very least. An invisible watermark wouldn't hurt either!
