What I don't understand is...

why it takes so long to give a refund? This thread and others have been up for almost a week. In most credit card billing systems you punch ONE button with your mouse and the refund is done. It's not like they have to go out in the snow, scrape off the car, get on the freeway, drive across town, unlock the office, turn on the light, etc. Two minutes that's all. Period end of story.
And if version 2, which is what I understand is being sold, isn't ready yet because there are bugs in the system as admitted by Justin then for gosh sakes take the dadgummed sales letter down for a couple of days until you get it fixed. Real businesses do that all the time when there are problems with their products.
And just one more. It seems Stephan isn't answering emails from anyone except Justin because Justin is bringing in all these sales for him. So Justin may not be the person to "attack" but if he's the only contact and in his orignal post he says he's the copublisher then he shouldn't get so defensive.
Oh and I lied - one more. If the guarantee of 100% satisfaction is true then there is no need to discuss anything with Mike McBride over the phone - just give him his money back. Unconditional means unconditional. It doesn't mean "call me and let's talk about it".
