If you are looking for creating Cover Software with Photoshop, this one seems to be the best deal : http://www.CoverSoftware.com. There are many sites that offer action scripts for Photoshop, but this one goes one step further and offers a 45 min video tutorial with the package which shows you how to create graphics for eBook covers, software boxes, matching header, background and order buttons.
