Oh, this just gets BETTER AND BETTER. I got up this morning and found this email (pasted below) in my inbox. Now, Mr. Blake has been *slightly* distancing himself from Mr. Ducharme here, saying he only talks to him *occasionally* for brief moments, and only *helped* with the production of the ebook. So, if you've been reading his posts in this thread (I don't want to be accused of posting misinformation, as Mr. Blake has written before), compare his own words in the email to his posts. I've pasted his email message below the line, with a few comments from me in parentheses and CAPS with my initials...
