Hi People,
I've never posted here before (or even visited so Mr Durcharme is generating hits right, left and center at the moment).
I had fun with this guy last April, but to be fair he did issue a refund after a minor struggle (just took 7 days!).
The point is , these are not the actions of a millionaire -- could you even begin to imagine a millionaire who's so desperate to cling onto $97 as you'll see below?
I have simply tidied it up for reading and removed email addresses otherwise, it's the exact exchange.
Note at the time his Alexa ranking was not good at all, you could probably see this through the history facility.
The reason he'll be elusive will most likely be that he's out doing the day job. I also tend to agree that Jason and Stephan are one and the same guy. This crossed my mind before it was ever mentioned.

Refund request:
Hello,
Yesterday I ordered your product. Having reviewed the
information I'm sorry but I don't see the value as worth what I paid. For your benefit here are some simple reasons, that perhaps you can improve on for your future customers as I'm sure you could have the makings of a good informational ebook.1. Your website does not receive this level of traffic according to Alexa. In fact I have more activity on one of my own sites than is reported on yours. This is hurting your credibility.
2. Your atempt to sell "Supersonic" at $500 is grossly inflated as is it's capability. I own this software and I never paid anything like that. Since I bought it I have never used it as it simply is only any use as a spam tool. In fact Corey Rudl has since retracted his previous recommendation.
3. If you had sold me this at under $50 I probably would not request to invoke your guarantee. At $97 it is in my opinion, priced way too high.
Also a 30 day guarantee should be extended. It works or it doesn't plain and simple. Too much of the information will not work. It's not working for your site.
4. At the end you recommend some guaranteed traffic type services that score less than the top 100,000 on alexa. If they cannot produce the goods for their own sites, what will they do for mine?
Finally your sales letter does not accurately describe your product.
I hope you will take this as "constructive criticism" and use it to your advantage in the future. I would like to request a refund as promised under your guarantee.
Good luck with your adventures,
Mark Keegan
Ducharme's reply --
1. Alexa update rankings every 6 months, so don't assume the traffic with that, it is only an indice.
[utter rubbish]
2. If you paid less for Mailloop, then you didn't get the full version. Corey Rudl was selling the very limited version for 97$. ANd Corey stopped refering it not because it is not good (Heck, how so you think he got his 36,000 affiliates?) but because some of his customers used it to SPAM, which is not the good way to use it. Corey explain that it is built to create joint ventures, not to advertise.
[utter rubbish again -- plus I'm talking about Supersonic not mailloop.]
3. The information is worth $10,000. If you don't think it is worth that, it is because you plainly did not understand.I make $20,000 a week using what is in chapter one. And yes,it do work for my website.
[oh I see! As a respected aircraft designer in a previous life and having had the power to sign certain aspects of a Boeing 747 etc, as fit for flight, this is just too tricky for me? Information is like a house. It's worth what someone is willing to pay for it and subject to a survey.]
4. Again, don' t measure with Alexa, it is not accurate. In 6 months, on the Internet you can go form 0 $ up to a huge empire of million dollars like mine. Same thing for the websites I included.
Yes, I take it constructive. Thank you for your comments but I must tell that you are wrong (I hope you take it constructive)
[So who's wrong now? It's about opinions that's all!]

A Millionaires next wriggle:
Hi,
I have an offer for you.
I've just decided that I will do something I've never done.
[Give a refund?]
I know THE way to make hundreds of dollars per day very easily. I can reveal this to you. You will be almost unique to know. Anyone can do it but nobody knows this.
I make thousands per week with this tactic.
[Yet another way?]
Are you interested?
[Not a chance by now this is wasting my time!]
- One thing, if I reveal that to you, you will of course forget about the refund, but I also want you to become my affiliate and advertise my website to your list of new subscribers. It's a win-win situation.
[Now let me see. You spent (let's assume it's a fill in template as you're a Corey fan) 5 minutes to read my email and send this. As a millionaire let's call it 1 million a year -- I make that about 10 bucks of your time and an hourly rate of about $114/hour (Stephan doesn't sleep cos he's out doing the day job) so your math is not bad. That's why you need to hang on to the $97 right?]
Caring for your fast success,
[Only 5 days so far]
