Re: Delivery percentages

Hi, Tom Kulzer or Michael Green,
I have questions about aweber service and getresponse service.
First I signed in getresponse account. They offer free account. Then I found that there is an ad. at the top to my each message to my readers. I upgraded it. There is no more ad. at sending out message. So far, I like it. But my growing concern is the opening rate. I am not sure how many users actually receive my messages. The second concern is that, there is POP ups when reader arrives their home page, which eventually will lure your reader away. I must admit that their inside function is good.
For aweber, I signed in 2 months ago since a lot of online expert recommend it and also high opening rate as they told me. I like it also so far.
You mentioned the delivery rate here for different service. Do you mean that getresponse misses 100% for those aol.com users? Do you have evidence?
For aweber, the global sharing function is not so well developed as I compare getresponse. When I shared one message series to another series, during transfer, the global parameter got lost. My readers need type those global field name by themselves. Getrespone will carry over all those parameter name, my team just need edit their ID or website name, but they do not need enter those global name again. I wish that aweber can have such feature in the future also.
Another question is that:
Which format has the high opening rate? HTML or plain text?
Basically I need know more about why Aweber is better than getresponse? I need choose one only in the long term.
Thank you.
