Isn't realy the biggest problem that people haven't gotten refunds who requested it? I bought it in March and never got a reply to my refund request. I do want to pursue it now but since I bought it through clickbank I don't know if it's too late. I also did not get much out of the book. I think I'm entitled to the 2nd update but never received that either and my request for it was unanswered as was my refund request.

Does anyone know the address for his customer support person?
