You're right, this is a complete shambles.
I, too, read Justin's claim here that he is just an affiliate of Stephan who "helped out" with the production of the ebook. That's why a few days ago I posted the spam I received from Justin which went on at length about his involvement with Stephan and this awful product. Of course, he was earlier saying that I was posting misinformation -- by quoting him!
I'm very surprised to read Peter Twist write that "Possibly the only crime here is not answering emails on time etc." I have listened to a few episodes of Peter's fine show and enjoyed them (though I did *not* catch the one with Mr. Ducharme,) but how a complete and utter disregard for customer service, not only lack of response to emails but totally ignoring refund requests, can be brushed off so cavalierly, is beyond me.
So far, the few people who have received any reply from Mr. Ducharme or his people, have remarked how rude and dismissive those replies were. The ones who had requested refunds were sent messages trying to "make a deal" with them to get them to *not* press the refund issue. And so far, only *one* of them has stated that he actually received a refund.
How anyone could condone, excuse or rationalize such actions is beyond me. Why anyone would want to associate or affiliate with such shenanigans if beyond belief.
Believe me, I have purchase quite a few products online, many after reading recommendations from "gurus," and for the most part I have been very satisfied. But this whole episode has caused me to re-evaluate several of them, and will lead me to keep a *much* tighter grip on my wallet in the future.
My thanks to those of you who have chosen to disassociate from Mr. Ducharme and his product for the *right* reasons.
