Hi Ron,
Most of your autoresponder services DO come with fairly 'dummy proof' instructions. I'd say try the free ones to get the hang of it ... then decide what features you want.
Points to consider for auto responders
1.) Do you wish to broadcast your email at a later date than today ?
2.) Do you wish to import a whole list(s) ?
3.) Would you be happy importing 1 name at a time ?
Remember, all the autoresponders I've seen come where you can 'test' a message .... you can check to see if every thing looks good ...

like this. (done on purpose).If you get the funny looking spaces, sometimes
when you cut / copy paste into an autoresponder text box, the text looks all out of shape.There are a couple of free format tools ... and one 'paid' tool that does great ...
