Thanks to Neil for coming in on this debate.
I personally doubt that the whole thing has been set up as a scam.
BUT....
...from the point of view of someone who is communicating without receiving replies or - worse still - has got a reply to a refund request and it's simply a complete “fob off” - I can entirely understand why someone (like the posters on here) would feel very frustrated.
To make matters worse, I haven't seen Stephan himself come onto this forum, or anywhere else, to explain about his overloaded customer service and ask people for more time.
As successful online marketers, it is true that we do sometimes get overloaded.
I only run “How To Corp” on a part-time basis and with sales of around $100,000 over my first year, the email levels can be pretty high.
However….I do try to personally respond to each piece of email I receive requiring a reply. And when things get to the stage where I can't do that, then I'll simply have to employ someone. But it is inexcusable to simply ignore people or to be rude when communication or a refund is requested!
DON'T OFFER A GUARANTEE WITHOUT MEANING TO HONOR IT.
I think that does damage every online marketer, don't you agree Neil?
