I just wanted to email all 40,000 subscribers to this
newsletter and let you know personally that you are
all very important to me.

A few weeks ago I promoted a free interview by Stephan
Ducharme and Peter Twist. I mentioned that Stephan was
someone you should learn from as he's been one of my
top performing affiliates over the last year.

Personally, I really enjoyed Stephan's ebook as it has
some new ideas (which is rare in the Internet marketing
arena). If I get one new idea from an ebook which helps
boost my profits, I'm happy.

I am aware that Stephan was overwhelmed with the launch
of the new ebook as lots of marketers started promoting
it all at the same time. As someone who sells online,
I know that a huge number of sales come in the first
few weeks of a new product launch and your support
systems can quickly be overwhelmed.

Personally, I've only had one person contact me saying
that they were unable to get a reply to a refund
request. I emailed Stephan personally and he quickly
issued the refund.

However, one complaint is enough to make me wonder how
many other people are upset as a result of not being
able to contact Stephan.

So, I'll be happy to provide anyone who bought Stephan's
ebook as a result of my newsletter promotion with a
full refund if they're either unhappy with the ebook,
or cannot get a reply from Stephan while he's swamped
with 500+ emails per day.

As I said, you are all important to me as valued
subscribers and I would not wish anyone to be
inconvenienced as a result of a promotion I did.
