Oh, but I am completely sure. lol.

This diet of yours is nothing new, okay. It's like every other diet out there, you know the diet industry is built on failure don't you? Top fitness experts say that and on National TV too.

There are many 'diet' books out there, which are written by experts in various food sciences, and fitness trainers give free advice and they design exercise programs as standard. You've got to use the gym to burn off the fat anyway, so I get any advice there and then for free - and so can anyone else.

You're right about one thing though - you need to burn off the fat first, before building muscle. But that's common knowledge.

Have I tired your recipes? Nope, but it's only common sense anyway. Orange juice contains vitamin C, which is good for muscles, and the immune system. etc etc etc.

You know - basic stuff here..... but even if I didn't know the first thing about dieting or weight training - it very easy and free to find that out.
