I can't comment on what you'll actually get (but I'd be interested to find out), but you can be sure that there's almost certainly NO GUARANTEE of a certain income at the end. Because you end up with a website - there's no way anyone can guarantee and income as no-one controls the search engines or customers.

It might be a great method for making sites that convert well and uses good seo practices to increase the likelyhood of traffic, but that's different to a guaranteed return on your money.

Obviously, anyone would jump at the chance of a cookie-cutter solution that produced $200 a month and was infinately replicatable, but I'd be very surprised if any Sane person offered a guarantee for this.
