Our site are not TE "garbage" pages.
(I actually like TE, in the right setting, but our pages aren't anything like that at all.)

We've created over 300 sites using this method already.
No guarantees that any one site will make a gazillion dollars.
But -- all sites have been profitable and worth the effort, with some of them producing incredible income streams.
We'll show anyone who signs the non-disclosure as many sites as they want -- to prove our point.

That's the nature of "information" marketing.
