Safe lawnmower blades..anyone market to lawn peeps

I just came into contact with a guy who has a "lawnmower blade" that actually cuts grass with a regular mower. You can even stick your foot in it and no problems. Since mowing is a bit dangerous (thrown rocks, scared of kids getting a foot cut-off) and seeing as how there is nothing on the market like this (I am still baffled)....
I am thinking of trying to market the thing. The guys that patented the product have brilliant minds but have no clue how to sell the thing. There were convinced snapper or someone would snatch this thing up.
However, it has a life-time guarantee. Duh. WHat major corp wants to get rid of consumables?
So, if all goes well I will have marketing rights.
I am looking for someone who has a product dealing in this area.
Let me know if you do. Feel free to comment if you don't.
It could be it falls through. THere are venture capitalist swarming over the operation now. I find out tomorrow.
MAN, there is no limit to what you can do with the net huh...
BTW, any suggestions would be helpful (on how to move these things).
