I totally agree with you I recently ordered a hosting package with domain and one secure certificate that I didn't use as the support is awful, I just found this forum so I tough it's important to share the opinion

in the last month I've seen there web server mail gone down twice, which is very bad for my business, I consider that there services is simply a piece of sheet and a Rubbish, including their support .

honestly, the best honest advice will be DO NOT USE
