Hi Scott!
Thanks for your input. I don't mind doing all that if my tests show the site brings a decent return on my adword investment. Ideally I'd like to be able to test several campaigns and concepts at once and only create capture pages for sites that are promising, not wasting a lot of time creating capture pages for losers. Is it possible to link directly from the Google ad with:
www.url.com/?hop=my_clickbank_id
Or do I absolutely have to use the affiliate link (hop.clickbank.com) that they provide in order to get the credit? If so I may be forced to do the capture page whether I want to or not. It just seems like a big pain. There must be some way to work around it.
