I like it.

While I tend to slightly agree with Kim about the
blue background, I must say that your salesletter
is kick-a**!

One thing, though...

I would make the price more like $29.97.

WHAT? I can hear it now, everyone is sceaming at
me through their monitors!

But, honestly, with YOUR best interests in mind,
a price cut of only $10 with a killer salesletter
like that would do just as well, if not better.

You've worked hard and deserve as much as you can
get, and from my own reaction to the offer, I was
willing to spend the $39 a month.

The drastic price cut made me a little suspiscious.

I would definately test the pricing.

There's no dought that you can pull sales with it,
the real question is what is the perfect price?

Price too low and you'll be missing out on some
serious profits.

Just my take on it.
