Riddle me this...how does a little old lady get your address in the first place? Was her email address really close to yours? Are ya 100% sure it was really from an old lady and really from her niece? I'm not a big conspiracy theory kind of guy (LIE) but how bout ya take one of those receipts you were mistakenly sent -- call the company listed on the receipt -- and ask them if, by chance, this happened to be a fraudulent sale.
None of it is probably true, but I am just one lightning fast trouble shooter and I like to eliminate, for sure, certain possible theories as to what's going on. Just my way...but if you're 100% convinced the niece is the niece and there really is an old lady using your account to buy things on-line, well go ahead (but what company wouldn't verify an online purchaster's email address?)
