Trouble with Get Response. HELP.

I don't believe this. The undeliverable rates for Getresponse has been skyrocketing for the past few weeks. My list is actually SHRINKING instead of growing - and I get over 200 new signups everday!
Yesterday I went to the "Undelivered list" and saw 56,000 names there. I copied and pasted about 100 names that are at attempt #1 or #2 and went to look them up in my mailing list.
78 of them are "old" subscribers (from 5 days to 300 days old), meaning their emails have always worked in the past.I emailed some of them and got replies from them. They could respond yo my personal emails. But yet their emails kept bouncing when you guys sent them emails.
Today I went back to the "Undelivered list", and saw it has increased to 5800 names. Somehow, 2000 email addresses have bounced back overnight.
Bottom line: I am losing subscribers more than I gain them. I contacted GetResponse and they gave me a lame standard tech support answer they give to EVERYONE.
Anyhow...they ALSO tried to rip me off last month. They sent me this message out of the blue:

Your account is generating a large number of spam
complaints, especially thru AOL addresses. We
closely monitor our servers and the amount of
complaints being received. In order to protect
all our clients, we must ensure that the level of
complaints does not rise above industry standards. We have therefore deprioritized your account for
the AOL domain. This means that your account
will no longer be able to accept AOL email addresses. If you wish, we would be happy to provide you with your
own dedicated server. This will allow you to have an
unlimited number of accounts for one fee. It also allows
you to have up to 1 million active prospects, send an
unlimited number of broadcast messages, and helps
protect you and your account from spam complaints. You may find more information on our dedicated servers
here:http://www.getresponse.com/dedicated.html?10000
Please let us know if you have any questions.

Guess what? My account is still accepting Yahoo addresses. It turned out their email was AN AD FOR THEIR DEDICATED SERVERS IN DISGUISE. Funny thing is, I received this email RIGHT when my mailing list hit 55,000 subscribers. It's probably an auto message they send to you once your account has reached a certain size. Since your list is "too big" for you to move to another service, they try to upsell you to one of their $2000/month dedicated servers.
Anyhow...just wanted to get this off my chest because I am quite upset. I don't even know what I am going to do about this whole thing yet. Their support is USELESS and since I have a big list with them I can't even move it to another service...
