How's bout this...you publish a forward, "How to Get a Credit Card Right Now!". While it's not the total solution, there are stores that sell credit cards -- you pay $25, they put $25 on it and that's it. I can do this in 2 minutes at a local Hess, for instance.
In other parts of the world, I'm not sure.
