Hi David,

Don't know much about Opera. I'm sure the wordpress website will have some info, otherwise you can check on the forum.

Yes, you will need to load the software on your host. I rent a server from http://www.sprintserve.net Looking at the site, I see they have hosting that starts at under $5. The service is great and very reliable. My sites have only been down once for a few minutes in the past 6 months.

I also understand http://www.thirdsphere.com is good.
