Hi all,

I see bunches of ads promoting "we'll design your website". How in the world would you tell a legitimate designer ... as opposed to one that 'takes the money and runs' .... never to be heard from again.

I suppose I need a good reference ebook, but I'm more of a 'get my hands dirty DOING it' type person. It'd be great to somehow cut my learning curve.

I have ad specials that I need to update monthly.
I know how to create text and links via FrontPage 2000 ... I get lost when it comes to uploading pages and all the other 'tech' stuff.

Any help and advise appreciated.
