I would use Splash ($49.00) and produce Flash files at a fraction of Dreamweaver -- Imbeded flash file inside your html. Small learning curve is needed to determine the time line such as when do you want your voice to start.
With this option, you can record anything and to be very creative with your recording ... I plan to use it for giving instructions on how to use my software.
