Why even join venture with someone else? make it a service that so affordable newbies, oldies and moldies can use.
Make it into subscription website.
See an example of what the power of subscription will do check out Michael Green's latest baby "Ezines Editor Monthly Update List".
Make sure you get the programmer to write up a spec with instruction on how to convert anyone mailing list to your system. Make it really easy ok.
Buy this ezine list from Michael ($47.00) I know you say you are broke -- but you will need this to announce to everybody about your service.
Give the ezines owner 1/2 of the money you make on the first month, if his/her list sign up.
Give this forum regulars a whole month fee if any one of their list sign up. (grin) ..
