I've been developing commercial websites for 5 years. I'm not the type of guy that "takes the money and runs" because I am still maintaining websites built for my very first customers. Over the last 5 years I've worked on over 50 websites for Dr. Paul Hartunian and on his Million Dollar Rolodex under vendors and suppliers he uses he says:

I also sell a course called "Web Design Mastery" and although I didn't write the course, if I did, this would be it. I have a private message forum to offer support for anyone who buys it. I offer this because thousands of people over the last few years have emailed me for free help. I just don't have time to help everyone and get my work done too.
The course I offer teaches you how to work with html and scripts, without the use of a WYSIWYG editor. You can find it under the "products" section on my site.
There is also a free tutorial on using WS_FTP to upload your site and set file permissions. The tutorial is in PDF format.
There are also various message forums on my site for asking and receiving help. One of the forums has some "cool scripts" listed and another forum has links and descriptions to free software that can help you build your business online.
