Earn cash as my marketing assistant

Help I need a hired gun.
I have a great product, productive website, with productive banners and a handful of productive affiliates. I don't have enough time to do everything.
I'm looking for an experienced internet marketer to sign up more affiliates, to develop ongoing marketing campaigns for them, and to work with affiliates to ensure their success. The focus is on developing my affiliate marketing and sales (not on developing the product, or creating graphics or improving my we page etc). Think of yourself as an affiliate marketing manager. Get affiliates signed up, and communicate with them regularly to make them successful.
This is an incentive-based position, the more revenue you generate, the more $$ you make.
If you have internet marketing experience, preferably in the "Stock/Options/Forex/Futures" arena, please send me email!
