Wayne raised a problem with Tom's site, and was correct to do so. I'm sure Tom appreciates it too, since those links now have a chance at earning him a bit of click revenue. And various forms of unethical linking that are genuine problems do exist, no doubt. Wayne didn't know at the time he posted that it was an implementation error on Tom's site. He only had the best of intentions in mentioning unethical linking in his post, and I would agree with him if that were the case here, but I wanted to clarify that it was nothing to do with my program. Nor was that Tom's intent as we saw later.
