Hi Kirt,

Another Martin here.

It seems that there is a huge gap in all of our communications because while I have received emails from you in response to my questions, I have also not yet had any recent notification of the bonuses you offered us all.

To recap my own set of circumstances - on receipt of James Brausch's email with the NDA, I notified him to the effect that I do not have access to a fax machine. I asked if I could either email or snail mail the NDA instead.

I was then treated to a very rude response claiming that the offer wasn't applicable to people living in third world countries!

Other people I've spoken to apparently did try to fax James but were unable to connect to his machine.

I emailed you and you promised to sort it out.

Since then I have heard nothing about the offered three-months membership to the site.

I have also received absolutely nothing from you regarding the other bonus you offered - either immediately after the Frank Garon seminar or since.

I am not a customer of yours - I was 'merely' an attendee at a seminar at which you made a point of offering bonuses. As these were unadvertised when we all signed up to attend, I guess we really don't have much arguement if you later choose not to honour your committment.

However, after the build up you gave us all, it IS a little disappointing.
