Yes, thanks, I've just read it, and you will receive a personal email to confirm receipt too. Also, I have received an email this morning with TEN TIMES the number of bonuses you had promised, (no doubt your admission to an unacceptable delay), though I have complete admiration to the manner in which you have responded to my two posts. - Thank you! ;0)

(The lack of follow up, merely accentuated that). [Admittedly a large percentage of this was directed towards Frank!]

However, I DO NOT expect nor will I accept a refund from you for this event, as you said yourself, you didn't receive my payment, so why should you be responsible for any reimbursment? (It's just a shame the person I paid doesn't have a similar approach to customer service, due to his ego).

It most certainly does Kirt, I'm sorry it took a post in an open forum to achieve this resolve, nevertheless, you are assured of my future business for the manner in which you have resolved this oversight.

P.S. The name Martin is a 'pen name' I use in forums, as I received 'libel' accusations by the 'speaker' who I paid through, which were sent to other attendees when I contacted him directly! - Though I will contact you directly with my real identity!
