The three best ways:

1. Traffic Exchanges - business to business - advertising your site to other marketers - you need to offer them something they want.

2. Listbuilder - capture leads for your opt in list - subscribers who want to hear from you.

3. Ezine articles - people read your articles and if they like what you have to say will click through to your site.

As always this isn't about getting JUST visitors, but targetted pre-qualified visitors.
