Hi Geoff,
My daughter recently graduated with a degree in Technical Journalism from Colorado St. She learned about building websites, copywriting, advertising, etc. There are any number of majors that can prepare you for Internet marketing. Check out their course study and pick one that works best for your interests. Plus you can't go wrong with any type of Business major.
As with any college student, who knows what you want your first year or two, and it's your right to change majors mid-course! Me, I majored in pool, foosball, and beer my first year until I finally settled on Computer Science! Funny how you get focused when your parents pull the plug on the financial aid!
