Suffice to say, the comment "Only if what he said is untrue" is not accurate. There are cases where truth is not an absolute defense, whatever you may have heard.
And in this case, there are parts of this idiot's statements that are demonstrably untrue, and which exhibit reckless disregard for the truth.
Personally, I suspect this would qualify as trade libel. (Look that one up.)
What exactly is it about this market that attracts morons and the idiots who love them?
Any time anyone in this market looks like they're doing something in a big and successful way, the maggots come crawling out of the corpses looking for something new to spoil.
You know... Like people who'd defend someone who used vitriol phrased in language like that as though it might have any factual or social value.
